Emissions Tracking System (ETS) for Terminals

GT has developed the Emissions Tracking System (ETS) for Terminals. ETS provides terminal managers with a web based emissions tracking system that provides the following:

  • The ability for terminal managers to calculate terminal emissions on a monthly basis.
  • A program that allows terminal managers to print out reports on demand.
  • Imports previous historical data if stored in appropriate data base formats.

ETS is capable of tracking and reporting monthly air emissions from the following sources:

  • Storage tanks;
  • Loading Racks;
  • Fugitive losses from valves, flanges, pumps and open ended lines; and
  • Any other emission unit with an emission factor in lbs/gal.

Greenhealth Tracker for Hospitals

GT has teamed with Practice Greenhealth to provide nationwide training for hospitals on the Greenhealth Tracker environmental data management system. The Greenhealth Tracker provides hospitals with the ability to track the following types of wastes:

  • Recycling
  • Construction and Demolition Waste
  • Hazardous Waste
  • Universal Waste
  • Regulated Medical Waste
  • Electronic Waste

Green Fleet™

GT working with Altec Limited and Lassiter Consulting developed a progressive tool for Green Fleet managers, professional trade unions, non-profit organizations, and other types of fleet managers. Green Fleet™ integrates the U.S. EPA’s GREET (Greenhouse gases, Regulated Emissions, and Energy use in Transportation) model, the Diesel Emission Quantifier (DEQ), and MOVES (MOtor Vehicle Emission Simulator) protocol into a single user-friendly platform. The tool quantifies baseline energy and emissions impacts from vehicles and analyzes reductions that can be achieved through applying retrofit technologies and efficiency strategies. Green Fleet™ was developed for Clean Fuels Ohio (CFO), a non-profit dedicated to promoting the use of cleaner, domestic fuels and efficient vehicles. CFO currently uses the tool in various aspects of consulting and analysis, such as evaluating fleets that have applied for certification through the Ohio Green Fleets program.  To learn more about this tool, click here.
